MELATONIN
Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland
that is released during sleep. Taken as a supplement it is helpful
in the treatment of jet lag or for people working nights or rotating
shifts.
Melatonin improves the
condition of Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and extends the life span of animals.
Dosages are one to three capsules (3mg each) at bedtime
only. Only use melatonin when you are prepared to sleep.

IAS provides Melatonin in two forms (A) a slower
acting but longer lasting capsule or (B) a faster acting but shorter
lasting sublingual tablet.
"Thank you for making Melatonin available in a
sublingual tablet and a capsule, it gives me a choice for my sleeping
condition."
